Parenting has instilled essential life lessons about being positive, expecting the best, and keeping the big picture in mind when making daily decisions. Pamela is a model of determination, and integrity with a work ethic bound to impress. Margaret Thatcher once said, “If you want something done, ask a busy woman.” Pamela is that quote in action!
To say that she knows San Francisco and the Peninsula is an understatement. From Upper Market, Cole Valley, Pac Heights, and Anza Vista in San Francisco, to Menlo Park, Atherton, and Palo Alto on the Peninsula, Pamela has lived, worked, and raised her two sons. In addition, she is engaged in civic organizations and personal activities, in communities spanning San Francisco to Willow Glen.
Born in Ohio, raised there and in Scottsdale AZ, Pamela first came to San Francisco to attend the University of San Francisco where she received her degree in Nursing. Pamela then attended the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. She received a Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and had a private psychotherapy practice for twelve years before she began in real estate.
Today, with her iPhone chock full of local, national and international clients, she does what she loves. Be it a first-time home buyers or experienced investor seeking a primary or secondary home, a vacation property, or San Francisco pied a terre, Pamela thrives under pressure, lasers in on surprising solutions, and with an eye on what it means to each client, negotiates to win.
When preparing a home for the market, Pamela is the first to tell you that it’s her extensive network of vetted professionals that makes it look so effortless. On call from minute one, and each with a proven track record, these specialists in construction, finish work, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, organization, interior design, and staging are a call away. Need a lawyer, accountant, or financial analyst? Sure thing! Absolutely anyone or anything required to accomplish what’s needed, and get the job done.
Even after closing, Pamela makes certain her clients feel at home. Whether they need a terrific veterinarian, an introduction at that private school, or a list of the best restaurants in San Francisco, they know to call her. It is this service and commitment far beyond the initial transaction that forges the long-standing relationships at the center of Pamela’s business.
